Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, surveys, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and related domestic air conditioning, ventilation and home-comfort services provided by BEZA Home Climate Ltd (“BEZA Home Climate”, “we”, “us”). They apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1. Quotes and surveys

Any initial indication is subject to survey and written quotation. Our quotation will describe the proposed scope, equipment, assumptions, price, payment schedule and validity period. A survey may identify matters requiring a revised quotation.

2. Acceptance and deposits

A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation and we confirm acceptance. We may require a deposit before ordering equipment or reserving installation dates. Deposits and stage payments are set out in the quotation and may be non-refundable where committed costs have been incurred.

3. Installation and variations

We will carry out the agreed works with reasonable care and skill. If site conditions, customer instructions, product availability or unforeseen matters require a change, we will explain the variation and any effect on price, programme or scope before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

4. Customer responsibilities and access

You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property, relevant information about the building and any known hazards, and reasonable access to working areas, utilities and agreed parking. You must ensure children, pets and valuables are appropriately protected during the works.

5. Electrical requirements and consents

The quotation will state any included electrical work. Additional electrical upgrades or remedial work identified during survey or installation may be chargeable. Unless agreed otherwise, you are responsible for obtaining landlord, neighbour, planning, listed-building, building-control or other permissions that apply to your property.

6. Equipment and warranty

Equipment remains ours until paid for in full. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms, including registration, servicing and correct use. Any workmanship warranty will be described in the quotation. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised alterations or failures outside our supplied work.

7. Cancellation and consumer rights

Where you contract as a consumer away from our premises, you may have cancellation rights under applicable law. If you ask us to begin services during a cancellation period, you may be required to pay for work, surveys, goods or services supplied up to cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Payment

Invoices are due as set out in the quotation or invoice. We may pause work, withhold commissioning documents or defer delivery where amounts are overdue. We may charge reasonable costs of recovering overdue sums where permitted by law.

9. Delays

Installation dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by matters beyond our reasonable control, including access issues, adverse conditions, supplier delays, unavailable utilities, permissions or customer changes. We will keep you informed and agree a revised programme where possible.

10. Defects, callbacks and maintenance

Please notify us promptly of a suspected defect and allow reasonable access to inspect it. We will assess whether it relates to our workmanship, the equipment, maintenance needs, misuse or another cause. Maintenance is not included unless stated in writing, and routine servicing may be necessary to maintain performance and warranty eligibility.

11. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from matters outside our agreed scope or reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
